Due to the Canada Post strike, most of our packages will be shipped via FedEx or Livrapide.

For PO Boxes & remote regions, we deliver with Canada Post. Delays are expected due to the strike.

Delivery Times

Delivery times vary based on your location and the carrier used.

  • Canada: 1 to 8 business days (1 to 5 business days within Quebec)

Orders within Canada are shipped via FedEx or Livrapide.


Issues with Receiving Your Order

If you experience any issues with your order (e.g., package not received, damaged, or another concern), please notify us within 10 days of the expected delivery date. This timeframe allows us to resolve the matter efficiently with the carrier. Beyond this period, it may be challenging to take further action. Our priority is to provide excellent customer service. Taxes

For Canadian orders, the applicable taxes are determined by the destination province or territory:

  • British Columbia (BC): 12% HST on merchandise and shipping
  • Alberta (AB): 5% GST on merchandise and shipping
  • Saskatchewan (SK): 5% GST on merchandise and shipping
  • Manitoba (MB): 7% PST on merchandise + 5% GST on merchandise and shipping
  • Ontario (ON): 13% HST on merchandise and shipping
  • Quebec (QC): 9.975% PST on merchandise and shipping + 5% GST on merchandise and shipping
  • New Brunswick (NB): 13% HST on merchandise and shipping
  • Nova Scotia (NS): 15% HST on merchandise and shipping
  • Prince Edward Island (PE): 15% HST on merchandise and shipping
  • Newfoundland (NL): 13% HST on merchandise and shipping
  • Northwest Territories (NT): 5% GST on merchandise and shipping
  • Yukon (YT): 5% GST on merchandise and shipping
  • Nunavut (NU): 5% GST on merchandise and shipping

Canadian taxes are not collected on orders shipped outside of Canada.
